A. Application Fee:  All fees are non-refundable $80.00

B. Renewal Period: January 1st through March 1st

C. Renewal Fee: $80.00 Late Renewal: $160.00 

D. Other Special License Requirements:
Registered with the Montana Secretary of State. Hold a minimum of $500,000 occurence form of commercial general liability which includes personal injury and errors and omissions coverage.
