37-25-310 MCA License Qualification for Dietitians and Nutritionists

HB 806, which was enacted following the 2025 Legislative Session, created a Dietitian License type. The online application is now available, as is the new nutritionist license application. Please see the forms section of the website for license qualifications and application checklists. 

Individuals licensed as nutritionists as of 10/1/2025 and holding CDR Certification have been converted to a dietitian license type.

License records previously following the naming convention MED-NUTR-LIC-XXXXXX are now named/numbered MED-DIET-LIC-XXXXXX.
