On January 1, 2025, HB 438 of the 2025 Montana Legislative Session became effective. The bill consolidated the Montana Board of Athletic Trainers, Montana Board of Physical Therapy Examiners, Montana Board of Occupational Therapy Practice, and Montana Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.  The board is pleased to make this website available to share licensing and regulatory information with you.  You can find what is needed to learn about statutory and regulatory requirements, verify who is already licensed, or file complaints.  You will also find board meeting information, including agendas and minutes from past meetings.  For specific license information, please refer to the following links:
