  • All Fees are Non-Refundable
    Application: $100.00

    State Combined Exam: $15.00

    Re-examination Fee: $15.00

  • A limited practice permit may be obtained by:

    1. graduates of a minimum 104-hour course board-approved course. Board-approved courses are:

    NOTE: ROC has not been approved for the optional "State-Combined" exam

    OR

    1. students who have completed half of a radiologic technologist program accredited by a mechanism recognized by the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)

  • ARRT Examination Instructions:
    After the application has been processed, you will be sent a letter from this office stating that you are eligible for the ARRT Limited Scope Exam with instructions regarding payment of the ARRT examination fee. The examination fee, to be paid directly to ARRT by an applicant, is $140.00.

    1. Once the ARRT processes your fee, you will be mailed a packet directly from ARRT that includes the appropriate candidate handbook and your candidate status report.
    2. You will be scheduling your examination appointment after you receive the Limited Scope Candidate Status Report from ARRT.
  • Six (6) contact hours of continuing education annually which are germane to the radiographic portion of permit holders profession.
