    On January 1, 2026, the Boards of Athletic Trainers, Occupational Therapy Practice, Physical Therapy Examiners, and Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists merged into the new Board of Physical, Rehabilitative, and Developmental Health Care Professionals. This rulemaking will combine the separate boards' rules into one chapter. An additional new rule will determine which states will be considered substantially equivalent to Montana in terms of licensure standards.
