The following outlines general licensing information. For specific information on filing an application, you will need to obtain the application which includes a detailed listing of the requirements.
  • $200.00 and a $5.00 Contingent Litigation Fee.  All Fees are Non-refundable
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental health or equivalent from an accredited college or university. Evaluation for equivalency is a case by case process but begins with 45 quarter hours or 30 semester hours in the physical and biological health sciences with specific courses in biology, chemistry and microbiology.
  • Approved applicants take the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) Registered Sanitarian examination which is administered by Pearson Vue.
