If the workshop, seminar, or educational conference has not already been approved (see Approved Continuing Education), please complete the Request for Continuing Education Course Approval form and send to the Board Office along with the outline or agenda.
The Continuing Education must be related to the practice of the profession of a sanitarian. The information must be received by the Board Office at least 10 days prior to the Board meeting to be added to the agenda.
