Individuals who engage or conduct business as a real estate broker, real estate salesperson, property manager, or timeshare salesperson in Montana must apply to the Montana Board of Realty Regulation for licensure. The Board assures the basic requirements are met and evaluates the applicant for good repute and competency to transact business in a manner that safeguards the interests of the public.
