Board Information

Attention Licensees - Important Information Regarding Continuing Education for the 2021 Renewal Cycle

The Board's rule ARM 24.207.504 (13) currently does not accept courses conducted in a webinar platform for Continuing Education.  At a board meeting on January 13th, 2021, the Board determined to repeal this rule and the rule package is moving forward.  Please refer to the rule proposal notice in the Regulations tab. You may still take any of the online courses listed on the approved course list on the Board's website to fulfill your CE requirements.

Additionally, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the limited availability of in-person Continuing Education offerings, the Board will extend the due date for Continuing Education by 90 days, to June 30, 2021.

NOTE: The 90-day extension is only for Continuing Education.  You must still renew your appraiser license by March 31st or you will be charged a late penalty fee.
