Abated Renewal Fees

Renewal Fees have been 100% abated (there is no renewal fee) for Certified General Appraisers, Certified Residential Appraisers, Licensed Residential Appraisers and Trainee Appraisers. You are still required to renew, but will not be required to pay a fee for your 2022 license if you renew during the official renewal period from February 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022.  If you renew your license outside of this period, fees as currently established in rule will apply. All appraisers, with the exception of Trainee Appraisers, are still required to pay the $40 National Registry fee.

We encourage you to continue to use the online renewal option. Click here to renew online.
