Montana Alternative Health Care Board

Administrative Rules

Rules are regulations passed by the board. They have the effect of law because the board is authorized by statute to make rules. The board can change its rules at almost any time—following a strict statutory procedure and public comment period—but can never exceed its statutory authority. Pending rulemakings are published in the Montana Administrative Register. The Administrative Rules of Montana is the written record of all Montana's rules.
