On January 1, 2025, HB 502 of the 2025 Montana Legislative Session became effective. The bill consolidated the Montana Board of Clinical Laboratory Scientists, Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists, and Montana Board of Respiratory Care.  On this page, you will find all information pertinent to the board.  Specifically, on the banner to the left, you will find links to future board meetings, current board members, current board rules, current board statutes, and future board rule notices.  For specific license information, please refer to the following links:

    The 21-Day Temporary Registration is available to individuals who hold an active license in good standing in another state and are practicing in Montana for one of the following reasons:

    1. Provide education
    2. Continuity of treatment
    3. Treatment to underserved populations
    4. Highly specialized treatment care to clients or patients.
