The Board offers the following licence types: 

Clinical Laboratory Scientist

All licenses must be renewed on or before their renewal dates. Late renewals require an additional fee for each missed year. Suspended licenses must still  be renewed.

The renewal period for each license type opens two months before its renewal date. All licenses for this board renew annually.

Renewal Dates

Radiologic Technologist: February 1st - $75 (annually) 

Limited Permit Holder: February 1st - $60 (annually)

Clinical Laboratory Science: March 1st - $100 (annually)

Respiratory Care Practitioner: March 3rd - $75 Annually) 

Licenses not renewed on time are considered lapsed for 45 days after the renewal date, during which time the licensee may still practice. After 45 days, the license is expired, and the licensee may not practice.

Lapsed and expired licenses may be renewed up to two years past the renewal date. After two years, the license terminates and may not be renewed.

A new application may not be submitted if there is an existing license that is not terminated.
