Pediatric Complex Care Assistant Program
The Pediatric Complex Care Assistant Program is the newest program to be added to the programs that are administered by the Department of Labor and Industry Employment Standards Division.
The program is the product of House Bill (HB) 449, which was signed into law by the Governor during the legislative session.
The program will allow Montana to license, require continuing education for licensees, and investigate any complaints of unprofessional conduct.
