License Verification Request
You can request verification of a professional's license by email or mail.
To request a verification, you will need the professional's license number. There is no fee for this service.
Simply fill out the required information on the License Verification Request form and choose whether you want the verification sent by email or mail.
Licensee Mailing Lists
You can download a list of licensees by their license type from the Montana Department of Labor and Industry's Licensee Lookup System.
Important Note: Please be aware that phone numbers are not included in the downloadable list.
