Genetic Counseling Program
The Genetic Counseling Program is the newest program to be added to the programs that are administered by the Department of Labor and Industry Business Standards Division.
The program is the product of House Bill (HB) 217 which was signed into law by the Governor during the 2021 legislative session.
The program will allow Montana to license Genetic Counselors, require continuing education for licensees, and investigate any complaints of unprofessional conduct.
