Licensing Requirements & Application Checklist

A. Application Fee: All fees are non-refundable $250.00
B. Renewal Period: January 1st through March 1st
C. Renewal Fee: $200.00 Late Renewal Fee: $400.00 Inactive Renewal Fee: $100.00
D. Other Special License Requirements:
Contract companies and proprietary organizations must maintain a minimum of $500,000.00 occurrence form of commercial general liability which includes personal injury and for Electronic Security Companies, errors and omissions coverage. Proof of registration with the Montana Secretary of States Office.
